I redeemed a gift card and never received it in my email. What should I do?

You can message the program administrator directly by clicking the ’ Message Administrator ’ button.

1. Click the Envelope button on your profile

2. Click the right-side button (image below) and send a message directly to Lauren McCutcheon!

3. You can also check in your spam folder and see if anything came from "Reputation@influitive.com"
